Delivery & Returns


Stocked items will be sent out and delivered with 7 days. Please contact us to find out if the item you are purchasing is in stock. If the item is not in stock but you require it more urgently, then we may be able to get the item shipped directly from a supplier to you at no extra cost.

Some items may require ordering directly from supplier and these will either be delivered to ourselves and then sent onto you, or at request from the customer, these can be sent directly to yourself.

‘Made to order’ items will take a little longer of 7-14 days, and we ask that if you require it more urgently then please do get in contact as we may be able to speed up the process.

At checkout, you’ll be given various options for delivery based on how quick you want the delivery. Please select the correct option at that time.

If you are purchasing an item that requires a visit in person, for example – Vehicle Tuning – Then please select the ‘Local pickup’ at the checkout. PLEASE NOTE local pickup is not available on all items so please do get in contact to find out if this is the option is available.


Returns are excepted, and require the following criteria to be met:

  • If you have changed your mind, and no longer require the item, this will need to be returned at the buyers cost within 30 days of delivery. This will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
  • If the item is faulty, we need to be notified within 48 Hours from delivery. If the item develops a fault after this time, then this will lie with the warranty included with the item, however, please do contact us and we will endeavour to help as best we can.
  • If the item has been damaged in transit, then you must refuse delivery, or, sign as damaged on delivery.
